GV II
Rectory, now 3 flats. c.1840. Coursed and dressed limestone, with ashlar
dressings and chamfered raised quoins; hipped Welsh slate roof; rendered stone
end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Cl9
half-glazed door with overlight: round-arched entry to porch. Keyed flat stone
arches over tripartite sashes: 6-pane sash over door set in raised and keyed
architrave. Raised storey band and deep eaves. 2-storey and one-storey service
wings to rear right of similar materials and style. Interior: C19 features
include marble fireplaces and plain dog-leg staircase with stick balusters.
