Farmhouse. c.1500 with additions of late C16 to right; brick front and addition
to rear of c.1750. Roughcast, on brick; old plain tile roof; various brick
stacks. 2-storey, 5-bay range with 2-storeys-and-attic cross-wing to left. C19
panelled part-glazed doors to rear. C19 French windows to front, at left of
centre. Irregular fenestration of casements and sashes. First floor jettied to
left. Cross-gable to left. Interior not inspected but noted as having
arch-braced collar-truss to centre bay of original hall, and other
timber-framing details of interest. History: owned by the Loder family from
1557-1713.
