House. c.1797, dated to chimney stack. Brick plinth; brick in Flemish bond; old
plain-tile half-hipped double-depth roof; brick ridge stack to centre.
Double-depth plan. 2-storey, 3-window range. 12-pane unhorned sashes with flat
brick arches to all openings. Dentil brick course to eaves. Right return: 2
storeys and attic; 2-window range, C20 porch to centre with plank door. Regular
fenestration of sashes and casements. Horizontal sliding sashes to gable ends of
attic. Interior not inspected.
House, probably former farmhouse. Early C17. Brick plinth; roughcast, probably
on timber-framing; old plain-tile roof; brick ridge stacks to left and right of
centre. 4-unit lobby-entry plan. 2-storey, 4-window range. C20 plank door to c19
brick porch at right of centre. 3-light wood casements to all openings, except
2-light casements to ground floor left and right. All ground floor windows
except that to left have wood cornices. Rendered panels to first floor; that to
centre of flowers in pot, that to right of centre of fleur-de-lys and star to
right panel. Right return: timber-framing to first floor and double Queen-post
roof truss to gable end. Interior not inspected.
