House, former stables. C18, possibly incorporating earlier structure, with C20
alterations and rebuilding. Stone uncoursed rubble plinth to left: red brick
with random flared headers to left; C20 brick to right; C20 plain-tile gambrel
roof; brick ridge stack to left of centre. Single storey and attic; 3-bay range,
C20 door to centre. 2-light wood mullion and transom window to left with
segmental brick head. C20 window to left of centre. Cross-gable to left with
horizontal sliding sash. Interior not inspected but reputed to be of cruck
construction. Included for group value.
