7/12 Ardington Mill House

Farmhouse, now 2 dwellings. Mid C17, with late C19 alterations. Rendered plinth;
small timber-framing, with some late C19 work, having roughcast infill; old
plain-tile roof; brick ridge stack to right of centre. Originally 3-unit
lobby-entry plan. 2-storey, 4-window range. 6-panel part-glazed door to right of
centre with C20 open lean-to porch. 3-light casements to all openings, except
2-light casement, to first floor right of centre. Ground floor windows have wood
hoodmoulds. Interiors not inspected.
