19/54 Hickmans Cottage


House. C16, with C18 and C20 alterations. Red brick with flared headers in
Flemish bond to centre; square timber-framing with C20 brick infill to left;
thatch hipped roof; ridge stacks to right of centre. Possibly originally
double-ended hall house plan. Single-storey and attic; 4-window range. Plank
door to left of centre with C20 open porch. Irregular fenestration of casements.
Swept dormers. Interior not inspected.
