19/64 St. Amand's House


House. Early C18 with mid C18 addition to right. Painted brick plinth;
roughcast, probably on brick; painted brick to right; old plain-tile hipped
roof; brick ridge stack to right of centre. 2 storeys and attic; 4-window range.
6-panel part-glazed door to left of centre with painted wood architrave surround
and flat hood on brackets. 12-pane unhorned sashes to all openings. Rendered
fleur-de-lys between first floor windows. Coved eaves to early C18 house. 2
gabled full dormers with 2-light casements. Interior: early C18 fielded
panelling to ground floor left.
