20/71 Cozen's Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Early C18 encasement of early C17 structure. Red brick with random
flared headers; old plain-tile roof; brick ridge stack, with C19 diagonally-set
flues, to left of centre. C19 brick end stack to right. 2-storey, 7-window
range. 6-panel part-glazed door to right of centre with flat hood. 3-light
casements with segmental brick heads to ground floor except blind grey brick
panel to left of centre. 3-light casements to first floor, except blind grey
brick panels to left and right of centre. Brick dentil course to eaves. Interior
not inspected.
