concrete-tile roof; C20 rebuilt end stack to right. 2-storey, 2-window range.
Sash door to right of centre with C20 open porch. C20 part-glazed door to left
with C20 open porch. 2-light casement to right. Single-light casement to left of
centre. Two 3-light casements to first floor. Interior: chamfered spine beams
with round end-stops to ground floor.
