SU 5096 1/158A Grotto in garden of
The Cosener's House


Probably C19. Two circular chambers in brick coated with roughly cast
moulded plaster with small shells, small semi-circular windows to the
river, placed high up in larger chamber. Low semi-circular entrance
supported on rough column of stones.
External staircase to roof platform.
