Building in two sections. All rough rendered. Three storeys. C18,
timber framed. Set back section to right. Roof overhangs on paired
modillions. One window in moulded wood frame, double hung sash with
glazing bars. Square oriel on first floor, three lights, double hung
sashes with glazing bars under ogival canopy. Modern ground floor.
Left hand section is the same building as No. 9 Market Place (qv).
Parapet with moulded wood cornice. One window in moulded architrave
small cornice on vestigial brackets, double hung sash with glazing
bars. On first floor, one window, double hung sash, no glazing bars,
in moulded wood architrave, cornice on vestigial brackets. Modern
ground floor.

Nos. 2 to 18 (even) form a group.
