Part of tile premises of The Grapes Inn. Probably originally C17
boxed out in C18. Gable end to road. Rough rendered, timber framed.
Two windows, flush frames, double hung sash with glazing bars, frieze
and cornice. On ground floor double hung sash window flanked by
pilasters and panelled door under fascia.

Nos. 20, 24 to 28 (even) and The Grapes Inn form a group.
