Early C19. Tile roof. Red brick. Three storeys. Four windows, flat stone arches with keystone. Land between storeys. Single and double public house windows with some frosted glass. West St Helen's Street elevation, is similar. One window to each storey, stone lintel with keystone. Brick band between storeys. Four panel door.

Nos. 2 and 4 West St Helen's Street and Lombard House form a group.
