Late C18 or early C19. Chequered brick. Slate roof overhangs on eight
paired modillions. Two storeys. Two windows, gauged brick arches,
double hung sashes with glazing bars. Brick band between storeys. Six
stone steps to six panel door, round arched fanlight, brick head. To right
flat carriage entrance with double doors. To left, early to mid-Cl9 canted
three light bay supported on iron grille, reeded wood pilasters, cornice
and entablature, three panels to wood base.
