Early C19. Three storeys. Blue brick, red brick dressings and quoins.
Rendered plinth. Two windows, double hung sashes, with glazing bars in
red brick rusticated architraves. Windows on ground and first floors
have stone lintels. No glazing bars to ground floor windows. Two
four-panel doors, round arched fanlight, red rusticated architrave.
One step. Dormer to rear.
