Late C18. Painted brick, rendered ground floor, plinth. Tile
roof. Three storeys. One three-light window, flush frame, double
hung sash with glazing bars. On ground floor, one four-light window,
boarded up. Four panel door, rectangular fanlight, brick voussoir.
Derelict at time of survey.
