SU 29 SE 2/10 Southcot


Early C19 of chequered brick with a gabled thatched roof. The original cottage has
end brick stacks and a 1 bay E addition. 1 storey and attic, 3 window range. The
original section has 2 pane 2 light casements to the eyebrow dormers and one 2 pane
2 light casement to the ground floor. A C20 glazed porch projects from the facade and
has a hipped, pantile roof. The addition has a 2 light casement under the eaves line
and one 2 pane 2 light casement to the ground floor.
