C17 of rubble stone and brick quoins, dressings and a brick attic with a half hipped
thatched roof and centre and N end brick stacks. 1 storey and attic. The roadside
facade has one 2 light 9 pane leaded casement to the eyebrow dormer set in brick above
the wooden wall plate and 3 windows with C20 casements to the ground floor. The S end
wall has 2 two light 10 leaded pane casements to the upper floor and one 6 pane,
3 light casement to the ground floor. Wisteria covers the whole of the S and W walls.
