Farmhouse. Early C18. Squared and coursed chalk, on sarsen base, brick quoins
and dressings; C20 tiled roof; brick stacks. 2-unit central staircase plan with
back kitchen to rear left. 2-storey, 3-window range. C20 central door with
2-overlights and flat hood. Segmental brick arches over 4 and 2-light C20
casements; mid C19 canted bay window to left. Brick storey band, dentilled
eaves; hipped roof; rear right lateral stack. Right side wall has blocked first
floor window over blocked mid C19 canted bay window. Interior not inspected.
Rear left wing has 4-light leaded casements to first floor and one 4-light
wood-mullioned leaded casement to rear gable wall, which has been mainly
rebuilt in artificial stone; ridge stack and large corbelled lateral stack to
right wall. Mid C19 brick and tile pantry to rear right at angle with rear left
wing.
