GV II


Cottage. Graffito over window WB/P/CBM/JSL/1824. Squared and coursed chalk,
quoins to rear; thatched roof; brick stack. 2-unit plan with outshut to rear
left. 1 1/2-storey, 2-window range. Late C20 weatherboarded porch, to C20
planked front door to left. Segmental arch and timber lintel over C20 two light
casements; C19 two-light casement to first floor. Half-hipped roof; ridge
stack. Interior: original planked doors; quarter-turn and straight-flight
stairs to right; 2-bay roof truss obscured.
