2/41 Wall approx. 15m. N of
Buckland House


Wall north of Buckland House (q.v.). Probably c.1910, by Romaine Walker.
Limestone, chamfered rustication beneath balustrade. Centre section of wall
brought forward with 4 keyed semi-circular arches each side to basement rooms.
Central steps flanked by balustrade to early C20 cast iron gates; stone seats on
carved consoles to rear of balustrade.
