House. c.1730-40. Coursed limestone rubble; stone slate roof brick stacks.
3-unit plan. 2 storeys; 4-window range. Flat stone arch over 2 plank doors, one
with late C19 gabled porch. Flat stone arches over ground floor C20 casements;
first floor C20 casements under eaves. Gabled roof; 2 end stacks and ridge
stack. Interior of Sunshine Cottage (right). Mid C18 three and 6-panelled doors.
Collar-truss roof with butt purlins. Subsidiary features: C19 one-storey
brewhouse in similar materials attached to right front has C20 door and windows
and ridge stack adjoining C19 lean-to with weatherboarded walls and stone slate
roof.
