House. Early C17, some early C18 exterior alterations. Uncoursed limestone
rubble, left wall roughcast, brick quoins; C20 tile roof; concrete rendered
brick stack. Single-unit lobby-entry plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Concrete
lintel over C20 door to left: mid C20 porch. Gauged brick flat arches over C20
ground-floor casements and brick soldier arches over C20 first floor casements.
Gabled roof; gable end external stack to left. C18 lean-to with limestone rubble
walling and corrugated iron roof against left gable wall. Interior: C19 and C20
plank doors, original ribbed doors to newel stairs which rise next to stack;
cyma-moulded beam to ground floor. 2-bay collar-truss roof mostly obscured.
