9/240 Stable and attached wall
approx. 10m. S of Cox's Hall


Stable. Mid C18. Coursed limestone rubble, brick dressings; stone slate roof;
One storey and loft; one bay. Segmental brick arch and jambs to C20 two-light
casement flanked by C20 garage doors. Half-hipped roof. Segmental brick arch
over plank loft door in left side wall. Interior: Chamfered beams. Roof not
inspected. Front right corner attached to rendered stone wall with two
round-headed niches to rear. Included for group value as part of the group of
farm buildings including barn (q.v.) and stable (q.v.) at Cox's Hall.
