Farmhouse. Two ranges: late C17 to left, late C16/early C17 to right. Roughcast
and rendered over original timber frame to right; coursed limestone rubble with
brick quoins and dressings to rear left and in left gable wall; C20 tile roof;
stacks finished in C20 brick. L-plan. 2-storey, 2-window range with C20 door and
casements to left. One-storey and attic, 2-window range with blocked door and
C20 casements to right. Gabled roof; right gable end stacks. Late C17 range to
left has stair-turret to rear with C18 sash. To rear right of late C16/early C17
range is late C17/C18 two-storey, 2-window range rendered with gabled C20 tile
roof. Interior: C18 two-panelled doors. Original features obscured by C20
remodelling. Late C16/early C17 queen-post roof to right; wattle and daub infill
retains traces of original colouring behind later plaster. Late C17/C18
common-rafter roof to rear right. Late C17 range to left has original winder
stairs from first floor to attic with chamfered finials on newel posts.
