Farmhouse, now house. Early C18, remodelled in early C19, datestone in right
gable reads H.T. 1816. Coursed limestone rubble, brick quoins and dressings; old
tile roof; brick stacks. 2-unit lobby-entry plan with rear outshut. 2 storeys;
2-window range. Brick segmental arches with keystones to early C19 six-panelled
(2 glazed) door and C20 three-light casements. Hipped roof; ridge stack. 2-light
leaded casement in right side wall. C20 storey built over rear outshut.
Interior: C19 plank doors, C19 panelled shutters. Plain beams and wood
bressumers over open fireplaces. First floor room to right has bolection-moulded
fireplace. Collar-truss roof.
