Shown on O.S. map as No. 79 Grove Street.
House. Late C16/early C17. Originally timber-framed. Front of C18 random bond
brick, painted white; old tile roof; C20 brick stack. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys;
3-window range. Segmental arch over mid C20 door. Segmental arches and timber
lintels over mid C20 casements. Gabled roof; ridge stack. Original lean-to, of
square timber framing, to rear right and with C20 weatherboarded upper storey. 2
storey, one-bay range to rear left, originally timber-framed and now of C18
brick and rendered, gabled old tile roof. Interior: Chamfered and stopped beams
with original joists to front left and right. Exposed timber framing throughout.
3-bay queen-post roof.
