House now 2 dwellings. c.1790-1800. Limestone ashlar; old and C20 tile roof;
ashlar stack. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 4-window range. Keyed stone lintels
over C20 doors with overlights, sashes to right (No.45) and C20 windows to left.
Raised storey band. Gabled roof; ridge stack with moulded top. Interior not
inspected. Included for group value.
