Town house, now offices. C17, remodelled early C18. Flemish bond brick with
flared headers. Old tile roof; stacks not visible. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys;
5-window range. C20 door with overlight set in moulded wood architrave to left;
C20 front on ground floor. Gauged brick flat arches with keystones over original
first-floor sashes and late C19 three-pane sashes. Red brick string course and
parapet course; parapet. Roof and stacks not visible. Mid C18 two-storey,
2-window range to rear right has rendered walling. C20 tile hipped roof, brick
lateral and ridge stacks. Interior: C18 staight-flight stairs with moulded newel
post to rear left; early C18 quarter-turn stairs with moulded balusters to rear
right. On first floor are early C18 two-panelled doors and round-headed arch
with impost and key-blocks to rear. Party wall adjoining No.11 (q.v.) is
timber-framed with wattle and daub infill and is hung with stone slates on right
side.
