Town house, now house and shop. Late C18. Rendered over brick; left side wall of
flared header bond brick with red brick quoins and dressings; Welsh slate roof;
stacks not visible. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 5-window range. C20 shop
front. Keyed flat arches over sashes. Hipped roof. Left side wall has gauged
brick flat arches with keystones over sashes, some blocked; red brick storey
band and eaves course. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
