(Formerly listed as King
House, now shop and restaurant. Early/mid C18. Originally timber-framed. Flemish
bond brick with flared headers; old tile roof; brick stack. 3-unit plan. 2
storeys; 4-window range. 2 entries to rear. Late C19 wood surround to large C20
window on right. Segmental header arches over late C18 sash, 6-panes of mid C19
two-light casement to left and C20 casement above, windows to right being partly
blocked and remodelled. Dentilled eaves. Half-hipped roof; ridge stack. Splayed
arrisses to side walls. Segmental header arch over C20 door to rear right.
Similar early/mid C18 outshut to rear remodelled in C20, Interior: 2
collar-trusses with clasped purlins to left. Timber framing to rear left wall.
