Farmhouse, now 4 dwellings. Early C16 cross-range to left, linked by c,l950
addition to C17 main range; main range raised probably c.1950 Painted plinth;
irregular large timber-framing with arched braces to upper panels, having
painted brick and rendered infill; C20 render to raised part of first floor;
thatch roof; various brick stacks. Complex plan with 3-bay central range, having
cross-wings to left and right.. 2-storey, 4-window range to centre, with 2-storey
cross-wing to left, and single-storey-and-attic cross-wing to right. Four C20
doors to recessed porches to left of centre, centre, and right of centre.
Irregular fenestration of C20 casements except 3-light wood mullion window to
first floor gable end of cross-wing to left. Queen-post roof trusses to gable
ends of cross-wings. Interiors not inspected.
