BUSCOT LECHLADE ROAD
Nos. 23 & 24
Pair of semi-detached houses. c1890. In Cotswold vernacular style by Sir
Ernest George and Alfred Yeates. Coursed rubble stone and stone dressings
with gabled stone tiled roofs which project over the eaves. Each of 2
storeys and 2 bays at right angles to the road sharing centrally placed
stone stack. 4-light mullioned windows with leaded casements. Tudor-arched
doorways to E and W with contemporary plank and batten doors with leaded
lights and ogee curved lead hoods.
