Two cottages now one house. Early C19. Red brick with gabled Welsh slate
roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, with end brick stacks. Long 2-light 6-pane wooden
casements with wood lintels over ground floor windows. Plank door. Rows of
burnt headers form decorative string courses. The building is the best
example in the village of the pre-Ernest George cottages. Included for
group value.
