6/37 SSE of chancel at Church
of All Saints
Chest tomb. Mid to late C18. Rectangular in shape with coved corners, an
oval inscription panel decorated with elegant garlands and a rosette and
triglyph frieze below a fluted conical top. Illustrated in Murray's Guide
to Berkshire, 1949, 63.
