Pier. C17. Limestone ashlar. Rectangular, with side pilasters and
scrolls, vermiculated rustications, cornice and ball finial with a
vermiculated band around the ball. Shell-headed niche on south-east side
arranged as seat. One of a pair (q.v.) *(formerly listed as "Remains of
Coleshill House including the great gatepiers, two pairs of gatepiers on the
drive and pair of gatepiers at yard entrance".)
