House, formerly sub-divided. Late C17/early C18, re-modelled early C19.
Marlstone rubble and ashlar; thatch roof with limestone-ashlar gable stacks.
3-unit plan with added porch wing. 2 storeys. Regular 4-window front has an
early C19 ashlar 2-storey porch, to right of centre, with a wooden Gothick
entrance screen, a continuous stone drip mould and, at first floor, a 2-light
stone-mullioned window with label; the gable has a cusped bargeboard. Within the
porch is a plank door and a blocked second entrance. Ground-floor windows have
C19 chamfered stone surrounds with labels and contain 3-light casements; three
3-light casements at first floor. All windows have lattice glazing. C19 stacks
have plinths and moulded caps. Interior not inspected.
