Small house. Mid/late C17. Coursed squared marlstone and coursed marlstone
rubble; thatch roof with limestone-ashlar ridge stack. 2-unit lobby-entry plan
with end outshut. One storey plus attic. 2-window front has a central doorway,
with plank door and ashlar-sided open porch, between 2-light stone-mullioned
windows with labels and lattice glazing. To extreme left are traces of a second
doorway. Further similar windows in gables and at rear plus a small stair window
to rear of stack. Stonesfield-slate roofed outshut to right. C19 central stack
has plinth and moulded cap. Interior not inspected. Cast-iron pump attached to
front of outshut.
