Small house. Late C17/early C18. Coursed squared marlstone with some ashlar
dressings; thatch roof with limestone-ashlar gable stack. 2-unit plan with end
outshut. 2 storeys. 2-window front has a central doorway with plank door, flat
arch, and C19 canopy with cusped wooden brackets, and has to left a 2-light
stone-mullioned window with lattice glazing and a label; at first floor are two
2-light lattice casements. Roof has C19 stack to left with plinth and moulded
cap. Outshut, to right, has a plank door below a flat arch and has a
corrugated-asbestos roof. Left gable wall and rear have further 2-light stone
mullioned windows, possibly inserted early C19. Interior not inspected.
