Small house. C17. Coursed limestone rubble with wooden lintels; thatch roof with stone gable stack. Two unit plan. One storey plus attic. Road front has a two-light casement to left of centre, a smaller casement to right and a two-light half dormer. Stack to left has been rebuilt but retains a moulded cap.

Rear, containing present entrance, is partly obscured by C20 extensions but retains a three-light ovolo-moulded wood-mullioned window.

Interior not inspected. C20 casement in left gable wall may replace original entrance.
