Piers and railings. C18 piers; railing probably C19. Marlstone.

Two square ashlar piers, with plinths, moulded caps and chamfered rustication to all sides, stand approximately 12 metres apart and are linked by a dwarf rubble wall with a moulded coping, above which are wrought-iron railings with scroll-topped rails and five intermediate stanchions ornamented with scroll work. The railings face the main gates to Sandford Park. Included for group value.

(Sandford Park is included in the HBMC County Register of Gardens at Grade II)
