Shown on Ordnance Survey map as Lands Farm.
House. Late C17/early C18. Coursed marlstone rubble with wooden lintels;
concrete plain-tile roof with brick stacks. T-plan. 2 storeys. 3-window front
has central rounded bread-oven projection, casements of 2 and 3 lights to right,
a 3-light casement to left, and a plank doorway to extreme left; first floor has
three 3-light casements. All windows have leaded glazing. Roof has stacks to
right of centre end to right gable, which also has a parapet with moulded
kneelers. Lower wing at rear. Interior not inspected.
