Shown on Ordnance Survey map as Lands Farm Cottage.
Farmhouse, now house. Probably late C17, re-roofed C19. Coursed squared
marlstone with wooden lintels; Welsh-slate roof with brick stacks. 3-unit plan.
storeys plus attic. 3-window front has a central doorway, with gabled C19
canopy, between 3-light casements, three 2-light casements at first floor and 3
gabled roof dormers to attic. All windows have C20 casements. Stacks to left of
centre on right gable. Interior: large inglenook fireplace with ovolo-moulded
wooden bressumer; stop chamfers to beams and some joists.
