GV II

House. C17. Coursed squared marlstone with wooden lintels; concrete plain-tile
roof with brick stacks. 3-unit plan. storeys. 4-window front has, at ground
floor, two 3-light casements and, to right, a doorway and canted 5-light bay
window sharing a tiled roof; rounded projection to left of door is probably a
staircase. First floor has two 3-light casements and, in right bay, 2 small
2-light windows. Roof has stacks to right of centre and at ends, and has been
raised at the front, retaining dormers at rear. Right end wall has a projecting
stepped chimney and a small 2-light. wood-mullioned window. Interior not
inspected. Included for group value.
