Small house. 1727 on datestone. Coursed marlstone rubble with squared quoins and
wooden lintels; Welsh-slate roof with brick gable stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys
plus attic. 2-window front has a central plank doorway, with a flat canopy on
shaped brackets, flanked by 3-light casements, all with stop-chamfered lintels;
first floor has 2 smaller 3-light casements and a central datestone inscribed
"B/HE/1727". Roof has gabled parapets. Interior not inspected.
