GV II

Farmhouse. Early/ C18. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings;
Welsh-slate roof with rendered brick gable stacks. L-plan. 2 storeys plus attic.
Symmetrical 3-window front has a central doorway and widely-spaced 4-pane
sashes, all with ashlar flat arches. Rear has central cross-framed stair window.
Lower rear wing returning to right has a fire-insurance plaque on rear gable.
Interior: open fireplaces; open-string stair with shaped spandrels, turned
balusters and moulded and ramped handrail; modillion cornice in stair hall;
fielded-panel doors with some L hinges. Front may have been of windows.
