GV II

Farmhouse. c.1700; refronted early C19. Coursed limestone rubble set on ashlar
plinth; rendered front with raised quoins; gabled stone slate roof; stone ashlar
end stacks, finished in C19 brick to right. L-plan with rear right wing. 2
storeys and attic; symmetrical 5-window range. Early C19 six-panelled (4 glazed)
door with overlight: C20 porch. Early C19 eight-pane sashes set in raised
rendered architraves. Deep wood-modillioned eaves; 2 gabled roof dormers with
C20 two-light casements. Older C17 rear wing of similar materials and one storey
and attic. Interior: C20 alterations. Chamfered beams to rear.
