15/57 Duttons Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse. Built 1836/7 for Dutton family. Coursed and squared limestone with
ashlar quoins and dressings; hipped Welsh slate roof; limestone ashlar ridge
stacks. Double-depth plan. Georgian style. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window
range. Stone lintel over half-glazed door with trellised porch. Stone lintels
and ashlar jambs to 6-pane sashes. Stone lintels over C20 windows and blocked
door to rear. Mid C19 two-storey bay to left. Interior: panelled doors. Marble
fireplace with cast-iron grate to right. Included for group value.
