Shown on Ordnance Survey map as Jasmine Cottage.
House. Late C17, with late C19 alterations. Uncoursed limestone rubble; gabled
thatch roof; brick ridge stack. 3-unit plan. storeys; 3-window range. Timber
lintel over central C20 door with pentice. Late C19 timber lintels over late C19
two-light casements and similar half-dormer casement. Blocked doorway and much
altered outshut to rear. Interior: C18 heavy plank door with drawbar; well in
rear outshut; one truss with heavy principles. Included for group value.
