GV II

Granary. Late C18. Timber-framed first-floor, of light framing with mid/late C19
brick infill; coursed limestone rubble ground-floor and left gable walls; gabled
and half-hipped stone slate roof. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys; 2 bays of framing. Two
C20 plank doors on ground floor. Stone steps to C19 plank door in right gable
end. Interior: waney-edged ground-floor oak beam. Queen-post truss and grain
bins in first-floor granary.
